COURSE DESCRIPTION
Biblical Archaeology is a course devoted to the study of archaeology in the ancient Levant.  Of particular interest are the contributions which archaeology has made to the study of the Biblical world.  Significant sites from the Old Testament, Interbiblical Period, New Testament, Mesopotamia, Egypt, Asia Minor, and the Mediterannean will comprise the bulk of study, in addition to an overview of basic archaeological methodology.  Offered monthly.
