It was this stone wall, which encircles the entire Long Meadows area, and its accompanying family history regarding the intersection of Spanish and American history, that involved USAV.  This section runs along the western side of Long Meadows, looking to the southwest.

Remnants of a waterworks feature (perhaps an acequia) in a washout--likely the Arroyo Cavallo--draining into Lucy Creek.
